OPENING OF PROFITEROLE CHÉRIE
The paradise of the profiterole (a combination of ice cream and pâtisserie with a sauce on top), to which Philippe Urraca has the keys, opened its doors on 9 December. It is at no. 17 rue Debelleyme, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, that Profiterole Chérie has set up stall.
A very feminine concept in a neo-Haussmann style with a glass roof, Profiterole Chérie is an elegant and cosy shop. The menu features 10 profiterole recipes (6 with an ice cream filling and 4 with crème pâtissière) and one seasonal profiterole (which changes every month).
Profiteroles are freshly baked every 45 minutes and they are assembled specially for the customers, before their very eyes. You can order to the profiteroles to eat in, take away or even have them delivered.
