Thinly slice the chocolate marbled cake, use broken wafer chips, and cut into a triangle chocolate moelleux. At the time of serving, place the various fillings, a scoop of Praliné & waffer ice cream, and finish with the chocolate sticks and crumble topping, with a few drops of melted ganache.
