Prepare the sauce by crushing raspberry and blackcurrant, with a touch of Balsamic cream. Fry raw beetroot chips. On the bottom of the plate, spread a strip of sauce and place in line the broken red velvet cake, meringue pieces and a scoop of vanilla sheep’s yogurt ice cream.
