RED PEPPER SORBET, PEPPER PISSALADIÈRE, MELTED GOAT CHEESE, GRILLED PEPPERS, OLIVES, ROSEMARY AND PARSLEY
  • Sorbet Poivron – 92697
  • Pissaladière aux poivrons
  • Fromage de chèvre fondu
  • Poivron grillé
  • Olives
  • Câpron
  • Romarin
  • Thym
  • Persil

Prepare a strip shape pissaladière with onion and candied peppers, place on the plate a portion with a slice of goat cheese, bake with the salamander grill.

Decorate with herbs, olives and capers.

Finally add the sorbet just before serving.
