- Fromage de chèvre fondu
- Poivron grillé
Prepare a strip shape pissaladière with onion and candied peppers, place on the plate a portion with a slice of goat cheese, bake with the salamander grill.
Decorate with herbs, olives and capers.
Finally add the sorbet just before serving.
