• Pomegranate Grains
• Edible flowers.
Cut mango into strips.
Cut in half a mini Tropezienne still frozen, when serving wrap an ice shaver with a serving spoon and place it between the tropéziennes, and mango strips.
Decorate with pomegranate and edible flowers.
