Pole Sud

"What if ice cream were art ?"

Over the last 30 years, we have developed 300 “homemade style” ice cream flavours, and every year we carry out over 1000 custom-made productions for restaurants of all sizes that entrust us with the realisation of their most original ideas.

We have asserted our identity as an ice cream maker by creating flavours rich in spices and seasonings, filled with fresh fruit and inspired by traditional gastronomic desserts from all around the world.
