Sorbet with alcohol
How did we create such a flavourful and expressive sorbet from a liqueur? First, we leave in some lemon peel, which gives the sorbet its taste.
At the same time, we make a syrup from the Italian-made lemon liqueur. We mix these two creations together to get a slightly alcoholic sorbet that is fruity and softly acidic. With its sweet Mediterranean scent, this sorbet lends itself to a multitude of cocktail and sundae recipes, or to garnish a dessert...
