Bailey’s, also called whisky cream, is a liqueur made from Irish whiskey and cream. It is not reserved for those unaccustomed to strong drinks, as its alcohol level generally rests around 10%, and its taste is slightly different than that of whisky. Our ice cream has only a hint of the liquor. Yet it exudes the delicate fragrances of cream, coffee, almond, and hazelnut. Its soft, sweet taste presents a different approach to whiskey, making it more accessible to a wider audience.
