The orange blossom soufflé ice cream is a mix of eggs and cream. In order to create a light, voluptuous ice cream with an airy texture, we have used egg whites. The sweet, aromatic flavour of the orange blossom together with the roasted hazelnut flavour of the toasted poppy seeds give this ice cream an Asian flare that solidifies its depth.
