It should be said that the violet/raspberry sorbet provides a sweet flavour on several levels. This is a raspberry sorbet that has been flavoured with violet. The raspberry gives the sorbet its fruity side, while its lingering acidity is provided by the violet. When fruits and flowers come together, it's pure poetry.
