When it came to creating our vegan ice creams, we searched for the very best recipe. We could have simply left out the milk, but keeping the pleasant flavour palate, and smooth, creamy texture that makes it easy to work with, called for a more complicated approach. By using organic coconut oil and organic sugar along with vegetable proteins, we have respected all of our pre-requisites to deliver a great, vegan-friendly bourbon vanilla pod-infused vanilla ice cream flavour.
