In order to make an authentic pistachio ice cream, we went directly to the heart of Sicily to find a variety of exceptional, sun-drenched pistachios full of personality and crunchiness. Made from natural pistachio paste (11%), this fresh milk ice cream stays true to these virtues. With its natural green colour, we rediscover the true flavour of refreshing pistachio. The fresh milk was selected for its naturalness and organoleptic qualities.
